What I’m Building
A stronger company, leadership that scales, deeper community roots, and a fuller life. This is what I’m working on now.

01
Building a stronger GT Support
I am Partner and Managing Director at GT Support, a technology company that has served Gaston County since 1993. We are building from a trusted local service company into a more modern, disciplined, and scalable managed technology provider.
Right now, my focus is clearer client communication, stronger documentation and service standards, more repeatable delivery, and systems that allow good work to happen consistently.
The objective is not growth for its own sake. It is to build the technology company local businesses, municipalities, and community organizations trust when the work matters.

02
Leadership that scales
Growth has forced me to confront one of my habits: carrying too much myself. I’m replacing dependence on individual effort with clearer roles, stronger standards, better documentation, and real accountability.
The goal is a company where people have the context and authority to own outcomes, clients receive a consistent experience, and progress does not stop whenever I step away.
Leadership, for me, is becoming less about personally solving every problem and more about building people and systems capable of solving the right problems well.
03
A stronger local technology community
GT Support grew in Gaston County, and I want our growth to create value here. That means practical technology education for local businesses, stronger partnerships with local institutions, and dependable support for municipalities and community organizations.
Current work includes contributing a monthly technology tip through the Mont Cross Area Chamber of Commerce, sharing practical guidance that helps local businesses make better technology decisions, and building stronger relationships with community organizations and local leaders across Gaston County.
The long-term ambition is for GT Support to become the technology partner Gaston County organizations think of first—not simply because we are local, but because we have earned that trust through useful work and consistent service.
04
A fuller life
I do not want business growth to consume the life it is meant to support. I am a father first. I also race and coach cycling, play guitar, travel with my children, and stay connected to Bengali culture.
Right now, I am working toward stronger Masters racing in 2027, continuing to coach riders, making music again, and protecting meaningful time with my children.
The goal is not smaller ambition. It is a life large enough to hold all of it.
Building something useful?
If it involves business, technology, leadership, or the Gaston County community, I’d be glad to hear about it.
